Penis enlargement or phalloplasty is one of the most popular procedures in men and involves lengthening, often in combination with swelling, an increase in the circumference of the penis.

It is not exclusively a cosmetic procedure. It also concerns men with the pathological condition of “microphallia” in which the penis does not exceed 8 centimeters when erect, resulting in sexual intercourse becoming difficult, with a negative reflection on both the man and his sexual partner.

Augmentative phalloplasty in men with normal erectile function is performed under general anesthesia, lasts approximately 1-1 ½ hours, and is a completely safe procedure with regard to erection and penile functionality.

The lengthening technique is applied by making a suprapubic VY incision and releasing the levator muscle of the penis from the pubic bone with a partial transection, resulting in an increase of 1-2cm in length.

The technique applied to increase the circumference of the penis using autologous fat enriched with stem cells or using biosynthetic absorbable polygluconic acid scaffolds enriched with platelet rich plasma, which are placed under the skin, around the penis with a circumcision incision.
