Fully solubilized biocompatible & biodegradable PCL
Dexlevo has developed a fully solubilized biocompatible and biodegradable PCL. This solubilized PCL spreads easily over the extended area of the skin. Therefore, you will not need to inject multiple sites. After injection, this dermal filler forms an extended three-dimensional matrix that enables long-term survival without phagocytosis. We call this technology CESABP (Collagenesis-Enabled Solubilized Active and Biodegradable Polymer) Technology.
It is a new type of injectable based on fully solubilized PCL (Polycaprolactones), which naturally spreads to the surrounding skin area. In a natural way, it restores the collagen synthesis that has decreased due to skin aging. As a result, the overall condition of the skin is improved with a lifting effect.

Depending on the patient’s requests and skin condition, there are a number of protocols that can be used.
General recommendations call for two injection points in case of correction of the periorbital area and a total of 10 injection points (5 on each side) for full-face rejuvenation, which makes the procedure more comfortable for the patient.
In general, we recommend three sessions with Gouri every 3 to 4 weeks, followed by maintenance treatments 1 or 2 times a year. The average duration of results is 9 months.
FOR BEST RESULTS, 3 SESSIONS ARE RECOMMENDED WITHIN 4 WEEKS.
After the 3 sessions, we apply an additional 1~2 treatments over a period of 3-6 months, depending on the patient’s condition.

We recommend using GOURI only on the face. Clinical data is being collected for other indications, such as injections in the arm, neck.
It is completely different from other high polymer products. Existing products are not fully liquid. They are formed by mixing high polymer material powder (such as PCL and PLLA) with liquid saline solution or CMC gel. As a result, they cannot be spread over the entire face and have a high risk of complications. They only give effect to the localized part. In addition, there is a risk of overcorrection in cases where too much material is injected. GOURI as the 1st fully liquid type PCL injectable, spreads over the entire face.
We recommend a 1 month interval before and after receiving another treatment. One of the strong features of GOURI is its compatibility with other products. You can apply non-crosslinked skin enhancers or Botulinum Toxin together. However, do not mix other products with GOURI. When it comes to HA fillers and other crosslinked materials, we recommend a 1 month interval before and after treatment.
