Combination treatments include 4 stages and are performed in the office in one session, with local anesthesia.

1st stage:

Lifting of the middle third of the face with the placement of absorbable suspension threads (Polydioxanone PDO Dual double cones, caprolactone PCLA single cones or barbed, polylactic acid Silhouette soft)

2nd stage:

• Restoration of lost facial volume with hyaluronic acid fillers or autologous fat, starting from the cheekbones, temples, the area under the eyes, the middle third of the face, perioral wrinkles, lips, chin and mid-brow.
• Strengthening and sculpting the lower jaw with hyaluronic acid and hydroxyapatite fillers, correcting the projection of the chin, while hydroxyapatite improves the angle of the lower jaw (LJ Shape) and causes tissue tightening and neocollagenogenesis.
• Neck reconstruction with Profhilo improving skin tone, texture, hydration and overall radiance.

3rd stage:

Smoothing of wrinkles with botulinum toxin on the face and neck.

4th stage:

Restoration of texture, hydration of the skin and improvement of skin quality. It is performed with a combination of autologous PRP mesotherapy and intradermal skin boosters.
